• The subject of the performance of the public order is, in cooperation with the contracting authority and according to the documentation for the execution of the construction prepared by the trading company Climate CZ s.r.o., IČO: 07406193, with registered office at Na struse 227/1, Nové Město, 110 00 Prague 1, and the statement of measurements to carry out construction work consisting in the revitalization/reconstruction of public areas located in several places in the village of Svídnice. As part of the scope of the performance, the reconstruction of the storm sewer (SO 01) will be implemented, specifically the piping of ditches along the road will be implemented III. class in the urban area of ​​the municipality of Svídnice, opening into a watercourse, trench piping at no. 57, ditch piping opposite no. 69 and reconstruction of existing ditches. The ditches will be replaced by a new series of storm sewers, which will safely drain the water to recipient, which will be Pivovarský potok. Part of the construction of the new line will also include landscaping and restoration of the entrances to private property affected by the construction. A detailed definition of the subject of the public procurement is defined in Annex No. 1 of the tender documentation that forms an integral part of this tender documentation.
