- The subject of this public contract is the supply of three (3) new passenger cars of at least a higher middle class (Business class according to the methodology of the Association of Automobile Importers - see https://portal.sda-cia.cz/), which the supplier will deliver to the Client on the basis of a concluded purchase contract . The sales contract will be negotiateddifferent conditions, which will be followed by the contracting parties during its effectiveness. Each of the delivered passenger cars must, on the day of handover to the Client, comply with the conditions laid down in Act No. 56/2001 Coll., on the conditions of operation on roads, as amended, all standards and betweennational regulations for operation in the Czech Republic and the EU and at the same time must comply with all relevant standards valid in the Czech Republic for the operation of a passenger car.
