- The subject of this public order is the supply of three (3) new passenger cars of the upper-middle class (Business class according to the methodology of the Association of Automobile Importers - see https://portal.sdacia.
cz/), which the supplier will deliver to the Employer on the basis of a concluded purchase contract. Binding terms and conditions will be negotiated in the purchase contracty which the contracting parties will be guided by for the duration of its effectiveness. Each of the delivered passenger cars must, on the day of handover to the Client, comply with the conditions laid down in Act No. 56/2001 Coll., on the conditions of operation on public roads, as amended, all standards and internationaledpisům
