a) support for the operation and development of the SZR infrastructure, on which, among other things, critical information infrastructure systems (National Point) and important information systems (RAZR, SZR Service Desk) are operated, under the conditions specified in the Service Catalog.
b) internal technical supportof systems, i.e. a set of applications hosted on the Internal Infrastructure, used by SZR to ensure its functioning as an office (workstation, mail server, security, backup, ...)
