- The technical support of the operation will include the following services:
a) Service desk (managing the service desk for reporting incidents and receiving requests in 24x7 mode, guaranteed response time for the initiation of accident resolution within 60 minutes from its reporting);
b) Basic support (ensuring operation in the mode 24x7, with guaranteed availabilitysuccess rate 99.5%, solving accidents and malfunctions);
c) Operational support (optimization of EUD operation, professional administrative work, support for administrators, cooperation on setting up monitoring, on setting up backup procedures, implementation of recovery plan tests, implementation of security tests and correction found outreliability, maintenance of operational and safety documentation in the total scope of 5 man-hours per month);
d) Extended operational support (installation, programming and coding work, solution of change requests in the expected range of 160 days of work by one person (MD).
