Description:
3.1 You are in detail in the binding proposal of the contract (especially in Article 1), which forms Annex 1 to the tender documentation (hereinafter referred to as the "draft contract" or "contract").
3.2 You are the contractor's obligation (hereinafter referred to as the "Contractor") to ensure the contracting authority (hereinafter referred to as the "Client") support and further development of the IS APAO (hereinafter referred to as the "Subject of Fulfillment") to the following extent:
a) to ensure IS APA support for the area including user support and support for operation and maintenance that are specified in the catalog sheets in Annex 2 (Part 1 to 12) of the Agreement, (hereinafter referred to as "Lump -sum performance").
(b) Ensure flexible support of the ISPA operation to the extent of activities specified in the catalog sheet of Annex 2 (Part 13) of the Contract (hereinafter referred to as "Flexible Support"), the Contractor acknowledges that flexible ISPO support is not provided regularly Based on the basis of individual requirements of the client. The extent of the laboriousness of flexible support of the IS APAO operation will be realized in a volume of at least 30 human hours per year and its total volume does not exceed 600 human hours for the duration of the contract. Changes to the IS APAO within flexible support with the Contractor It undertakes to work and submit to the Client in a quarterly update of pre -implementation analysis.
