- The subject of the public contract is the provision of services to support the operation of the PDOS transport and handling system, including all its existing extensions and including the provision of updates to the PDOS system and its extension to the latest version released by the manufacturer of the PDOS system, as well as the provision of further development services withthe same PDOS according to the individual requirements of the client, and also the provision of services related to the termination of PDOS system operation support services. The condition for signing the contract with the selected supplier is the presentation of a document (partnership agreement) with the company TELMAX s.r.o., ID: 274 81 166, with registered office in Jiraskova 154, Litomyšlske Předměsti, 566 01 Vysoke Myto, as the manufacturer of the PDOS system certifying the partnership of the selected supplier at Level 2 level and authorizing partner to provide services according to the subject of this public contract. The conditions of the TELMAX partner program are listed on the contractor's profile,those interested in membership in the partner program must contact TELMAX s.r.o. The purpose of this advance notification is to enable tenderers to become members of the TELMAX partner program in sufficient time so that, if selected, they can fulfill the subject of the tender.
