Description:
The purpose and aim of this VZ is to ensure the subsequent support of the licenses of the Filenet P8 platform in the existing license range so that it is flawlessly and reliably ensure the operation of the Filenet P8 platform on supported licenses. The contract will be concluded for a fixed -term period until 30th 9. 2028. / Ensuring provision (hereinafter referred to as "providing") SW support that includes:
The supplier will be the contracting authority in the context of upgrade/update Immediately after their issue to inform the contracting authority by notifying e-mail sent by the contracting authority so that the contracting authority can use the current version in time,
The supplier will provide the contracting authority with the consulting service in fulfilling its obligations arising from this Agreements, especially in the form of professional consultations in cases stipulated by this contract, ie:
i.proactive informing the contracting authority about the information on the issue of upgrade/update,
II.PROVING Consultations to the contracting authority when installing upgrade/update,
