Description of the contract: The subject of the public contract is to provide support for the operation and development of the EKIS System, which includes the provision of takeover services consisting in the takeover of the existing EKIS System from the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, incl. existing interfaces, based on a takeover plan developed by the selected supplier, ie the new provider; provision of operational support services for the operation of the EKIS System, incl. monitoring, in particular to ensure high system availability, to provide system administration and maintenance and to support its users, to ensure the implementation of relevant final changes and to provide support for the operation of the system; providing extended support services to users of the EKIS System; providing development services for the EKIS System according to the client's requirements for the entire duration of the contractual relationship, based on the client's orders; providing training for key users, methodologists, administrators and end users of the EKIS System determined by the client according to the client's requirements for the entire duration of the contractual relationship, based on the client's orders, training will be carried out in person; kone ... - Documents :
