Description:
The subject of the concession is to ensure the safe and smooth operation of heat management, including ensuring the supply of thermal energy to the contracting authority, i.e. to its subsidized organizations (customers according to point 1.3 of the procurement documentation), for heating and water heating, in accordance with applicable legislation, in particular by Act No. 458/2000 Coll. the Energy Act, as amended, and other related legal regulations. Furthermore, the subject of the concession is the operation of heat resources owned by the contracting authority (hereafter collectively referred to as "infrastructure"), ensuring the proper operation of the heating infrastructure, maintenance, repairs and revision of the equipment, provision of service, emergency and other related services, the detailed specification of which is defined in Appendix No. 8 - Specification of service and other services and Appendix No. 9 - Energy management Tender documentation.
The heat management operation will take place in accordance with the concession contract. All payment for all performance of the selected supplier according to the concession contract will be paid through payments for the energy taken (in CZK per GJ) by the end customers. The operational risk consisting in the economic profitability of operating the heat management is borne by the selected supplier. The contractor to the chosen one the supplier will not pay any additional payments in connection with the fulfillment of the concession.
The subject of the concession is also the lease of thermal energy sources in non-residential premises at the addresses of the consumption points according to Annex No. 1 of this procurement documentation, which are owned by the contracting authority, for the purpose of ensuring ...
