Description:
The subject of the concession is to ensure safe and smooth operation of the thermal economy, including ensuring the supply of thermal energy to the contracting authority, or its contributory organizations (customers according to point 1.3. The tender documentation), for heating and heating of water, in accordance with the legislation, in particular Act No. 458/2000 Coll. owned by the contracting authority (hereinafter referred to as "infrastructure"), ensuring the proper operation of heating infrastructure, maintenance, repairs and revision device, Provision of service, emergency and other related services, whose more detailed specifications are defined in Annex 8 - Specifications of service and other services and Annex 9 - Energy Management of the tender documentation.
All remuneration for all fulfillment of the selected supplier according to the concession contract will be paid through the energy collected (in CZK per GJ) to end customers. The supplier will not pay any additional payments in connection with the concession.
