- The subject of the public contract is the supply of technology for crushing rubber profiles. Given that the contracting authority considers this information to be its business secret, the participant will receive more detailed information in accordance with § 96 paragraph 2, § 36 paragraph 8 and 218 paragraph 3 ZZVZ no later than 3 working days from deliveryprocessing the supplier's request for its provision and simultaneously sending the signed Confidentiality Statement (the binding model is Appendix No. 5 of this ZD) to the e-mails listed in Article 12 of this ZD.
