- The subject of the contract being prepared is the supply and installation of a new technology (technological unit) for cooking - pasteurizing food using microwave radiation at the contractor's premises at Žarošicka 4321/26, Brno - Židenice, zip code 628 00, located on land parcel no. 7652/60, item no. 8753/5 and item no. 8896/3 in c.u. Jewess.
The newly acquired production line should consist of two main parts, namely (i) a sealing machine and (ii) a microwave tunnel with a conveyor for manual loading of products. The minimum required performance of the sealing machine is 8-10 pieces (packages)/minute at 8 bar compressed airear. The minimum required output of the microwave tunnel is on average at least 10 pieces (package)/minute (400 g package at a temperature of 55 C). The required minimum power of the microwave tunnel is 36 kW. Equipment and processes must be designed for an ambient temperature in the minimum range of 15C to 25C. Technologye must be able to use an Internet connection using an Ethernet cable. The delivery will also include a communication module and thermal sensors. The resulting product a ready-made meal composed of purely plant-based ingredients must allow for an expiration of at least 45 days from production in a refrigerated state.
