Description:
The aim of this procurement procedure is to conclude a framework agreement No. S168/25 and No. S169/25 (hereinafter referred to as "RD") with one participant for each part of the contract for the purpose of securing regular supplies of technical gases, i.e. the supply of gases in cylinders and other means of distribution, including the rental of means of distribution and services for electronic registration of distribution means (for part 1 of the VZ) and supplies of liquefied technical gases, including the installation and rental of technical equipment, including their commissioning and subsequent training of the contracting authority in the operation of these devices (for part 2 of the VZ), all in accordance with Appendix No. 2 relevant RD Technical specification and price list (hereinafter referred to as "Price List"), for the entire period of validity of the given RD.
