- The subject of the performance of the Public Contract is the supply of spare parts for escalators of the manufacturers of escalators Kone, OTIS and Thyssen due to the need for repairs and maintenance of escalators on the contracting authority's premises, within the scope of the price lists for the relevant parts of the Public Contract further specified in the procurement documentation,which form Annex No. 2 of the Framework Agreement for the relevant part of the Public Procurement, under the conditions and within the time limits specified in the binding proposals for framework purchase contracts for the relevant parts of the Public Procurement, which form Annex No. 1A, No. 1B and No. 1C of the procurement documentation . The delivery also includes the delivery of related itemsi documentation enabling proper identification of individual items by the contracting authority.
