- Delivery of a system for fluorescence imaging of samples
Contract description: The subject of the tender is the supply of a light fluorescence microscope, which uses a special objective placed at a perpendicular angle to the detection objective to illuminate the specimen. It creates a thin beam of so-called "lightsheet", which illuminates only a small part of the specimen in the plane of sharpness and thus creates optical sections using a minimal amount of light energy. For optimal scanning of slides, the system is equipped with two excitation lenses and the sample can be rotated around the Z axis. The microscope will be used on a variety of live and fixed slides of plant and animal origin. For this reason, the microscope must be able to regulate the temperature and CO2 concentration in the specimen chamber, it must be equipped with easily interchangeable objectives and chambers for sensing specimens of different sizes with different objectives and with different refractive indexes - prepared by different illumination methods (iDisco, Cubic, Clarity). ..).
