Description of the order: The subject of the public order is the Supplier's obligation to supply fuel - diesel and arctic diesel - to the diesel tank in the filling place according to Contracts, namely in the quality of sfulfilling all legislative requirements and requirements arising from the CSN, and further the obligation to allow the Client to acquire the ownership right to the subject of supplies. Diesel fuel must comply with the CSN EN 590 standard. From 1 December to 28 February, the subject of deliveries may be arctic diesel fuel according to CSN, according to the Customer's requirementsEN 590 with filterability lower than -32C - in arctic or extremely cold climates. The share of arctic diesel in the total filling volume is assumed to be 27% (corresponding to 3 months out of 12).
