- Supply of immunohematological analyzer connected with supplies of reagents for blood donors
Description of the contract: The subject of the public order is the supply of 1 pc of analyzer connected with supplies of reagents (examination (tests) and kits) for a period of 6 years for the examination of blood donors for the transfusion department of FNUSA. They have to get new onesnon-refurbished device. The parts of the delivery are fully operational, the operator has been trained and connected to the LIS (the costs of connecting to FONS Openlims are determined uniformly, according to the attached appendix 3 ZD - STAPRO - Offer FNUSA Immunohematological analyzer). Free service including recording is available during the warranty periodother parts and regular technical inspections. The rules and requirements for the use of the FNUSA data site by external users are listed in the relevant Appendix 5 ZD.
