- (nature and quantity of works, supplies or services or indication of relevant needs and requirements) The subject of the public contract is the supply of 1 analyzer connected with supplies of reagents (examination (tests) and kits) for a period of 6 years for the examination of blood donors for the transfusion department of the FNUSA. It must be a new nerepased device. The delivery includes full commissioning, operator training and connection to the LIS (the costs of connecting to FONS Openlims are determined uniformly, according to the attached Appendix 3 ZD - STAPRO - FNUSA Immunohematological analyzer offer). Free service including spare parts is available during the warranty periodh parts and regular technical inspections. The rules and requirements for the use of the FNUSA data network by external users are listed in the relevant Appendix 5 ZD.
