- The subject of the performance of the public contract is the supply of heat to selected apartment buildings and the operation of domestic boiler rooms in 2024, namely boiler rooms in the places of performance at:
A) Kladno, V. Lanny 3280, 3282, 3284, 3287, 3289, 3291
B) Kladno Švermov, Velvarska 1273 and Velvarska 1417
C) Kladno Vrapice, Vrapicka 127 a Vrapicka 128
The subject of the performance of the public contract includes the following activities:
a) operation of boiler rooms for the production of heat or gas extraction equipment (hereinafter referred to as "boiler rooms") owned by the contracting authority in the form of its lease, heat production and its delivery to the contracting authority
b) performing revisions technological devicesc) carrying out maintenance and repairs of leased technological equipment, all in accordance with the tender conditions of the given public contract. The subject of performance is defined in more detail in the procurement documentation for the given public contract and its annexes.
Technological facilities at the address - Kladno, V. Lanny 3280, 3282, 3284, 3287, 3289, 3291, Kladno Švermov, Velvarska 1273 and 1417, Kladno Vrapice, Vrapicka 127 and 128 represent gas boilers.
