Description: The subject of this contract is the delivery of thermal energy by the contracting authority, namely the selected supplier of the newly installed heat and electricity for natural gas (also bleach) about the installed power of 800 KWE, for which the contracting authority is appropriate premises (boiler room K2). For installation of a new cogeneration unit, the Controlling Authority clearing space in the boiler room in the range of about 100m2. At the same time, the lessor granted to the lessee consent to carry out depreciation of technical appreciation under special regulations.
