• Supply of heat energy for the IKEM campus The subject of the contract is the supply of thermal energy for heating and water heating in the client's premises, for a fixed period of five (5) years from the date of signing the contract, in an estimated volume of approximately 49,000 GJ/year. Delivery of heat energy for heating and hot water heating will be provided by the selected supplier through the main heat energy source, which must be independent of the backup heat energy source listed below. The main source of thermal energy - the heat exchanger station - is in currently provided by Pražská teplárenská, a.s., and is connected to the existing distribution network belonging to this company. The exchanger station is not owned by the Client. A backup source of heat energy for heating and hot water heating, which will be for the duration of the Contract, used only in the mode of a backup source of thermal energy, which must ensure the supply of thermal energy for the entire premises of the Employer, even in the event of a so-called blackout, is a gas boiler with a total thermal input of 9.04 MW, located on the premises The contracting authority. The contracting authority declares that it is competent to manage the property of the state, which is the boiler house building without no. and technological and technical equipment of the gas hot water boiler room located in the boiler room building.
