• General definition of the subject of the public contract The subject of the public contract is the supply and installation of kitchen equipment, the connection and commissioning of complete gastro technology for the operation of the school canteen, including the cooking room, preparation rooms, warehouses, delivery, dishwashing and the dispatch system food into food carriers and thermoports. The performance also includes the dismantling of the existing technological equipment, its professional storage, securing and protection for the duration of the construction work and the subsequent reassembly of the specified elements. The delivery also includes technological equipment, stainless steel furniture, transport and dispensing elements, related accessories and coordination of connections to prepared technical installations, all in accordance with the project documentation and technical report, in compliance with valid hygienic, safety and operational requirements.
