- Delivery of a fluorescence spectrometer and extension of a complementary detection module for an existing confocal microscope
Contract description: The subject of this part of the tender procedure is the selection of a supplier who will ensure the supply of a fluorescence spectrometer according to the specification given in Annex No. 3a of the tender documentation. New fluorescence spectrometer with the possibility of measuring fluorescence excitation and emission spectra in steady state (steady-state fluorescence), time-resolved fluorescence spectra (lifetime measurements) using the TCSPC protocol (time-correlated single photon counting) and measuring phosphorescence processes using the MCS protocol ( multi-channel scaling); computer control with monitor; software for spectrometer control, data storage and evaluation. The system must allow measurement in the above modes without the need to install additional components. The delivery includes installation, commissioning and user training.
