Description: The subject of this RP are continuous supply of various types of contrast agents for the needs of individual hospitals Hospital Pilsen Region, Inc., for 48 months, according to the specifications and requirements specified in the tender conditions. Included contrast agents must fulfill all the conditions set for their production, distribution and use on the market in accordance with special legislation, mainly by Act no. 378/2007 Coll., On pharmaceuticals.
The delivered goods (contrast media) must have the proper authorization of the State Institute for Drug Control (hereinafter "SIDC"). The item in transactions must have the CE conformity.
RP is divided into 16 parts.
The Framework Agreement will be concluded for a fixed period with the selected contractor separately in each section.
