Description:
In general, the subject of this procurement procedure is the negotiation of three framework agreements containing contractual conditions for the fulfillment of the relevant individual subcontracts for the provision of the above-mentioned supplies: AC charging stations (22 kW) and DC charging stations 2 (50 kW, 100 kW, 150 kW and 300 kW). The fulfillment of each part of the public contract also includes: - connection of charging stations to the contracting party's back-end using the OCPP 1.6 protocol and higher, when the actual communication will be implemented using the WSS protocol; -installation of charging stations at the destination by the contracting authority on the basis of the request of the selected supplier and -extended warranty of charging stations for a total of 5 years. Based on the framework agreement concluded for each part of the public contract, the contracting authority will, in the manner specified therein, always order performance on time and to the extent of your current needs, in the form of renewal of the competition. The framework agreement for each part of the public contract will be concluded for a fixed period, until 30/09/2028, with four (4) suppliers who will be selected as the most suitable based on the submitted offers. The contracting authority is not obliged to derive performance from any framework agreement, or the obligation may be fulfilled prematurely.
