Description:
The subject of this small-scale public contract (hereinafter referred to as the "VZMR") is the obligation of the Provider to the Customer to supply and operate the air conditioning equipment, dismantle and ecologically dispose of the existing air conditioning equipment of the Customer (hereinafter referred to as the "Subject of performance").

The subject of performance consists of 2 partial performances:

1.) The partial fulfillment consists in:
a) delivery of 10 units of Split wall-mounted air-conditioning devices
(hereafter referred to collectively as "Air-conditioning devices")
b) dismantling of existing devices, their relocation within the Place of fulfillment, assembly and commissioning of air-conditioning devices
c) ecological disposal - dismantled air conditioneri devices will be placed by the Provider within the Place of Fulfillment, where their liquidation will be agreed upon by the Customer's liquidation committee. Subsequently, they will be ecologically disposed of by the Provider in accordance with applicable legal regulations.

2.) Partialperformance consists of:
d) delivery of 2 units of precision room air conditioning
e) dismantling of existing equipment, relocation within the Fulfillment Site, assembly and operation of precision (hall) air conditioning
f) ecological disposal - disassembled hall air conditioners will be placed by the Provider within the Fulfillment Site , where it will betheir liquidation approved by the Customer's liquidation committee. Subsequently, they will be ecologically disposed of by the Provider in accordance with applicable legal regulations.
