Description:
The subject of the performance of the public contract is the repeated supply of filter material for air-conditioning (hereinafter "HVAC") in the contracting authority's facilities according to the individual items listed in Appendix No. 4 of the ZP. These are deliveries of new, unused VZT filters, both pocket and frame filters, as well as HEPA filters. Part of the scope of delivery also includes the removal of used filters and their ecological disposal.
Delivery, classification and marking of filters must comply with the ČSN EN ISO 16890-1 standard for filter classification.
Part of the scope of delivery also includes comprehensive provision of safe and professional filter replacement for three-stage filtration according to the required cleanliness of the environment, so-called final HEPA filters with their delivery and transmission of reports from measurements and replacement of HEPA filters, incl. elimination of defects (with delivery of the necessary material) detected during the replacement of HEPA filters.
Filter material means individual filter materials, hereinafter referred to as "filters specified in more detail in Appendix No. 4 ZP, which will be delivered according to the items and in the number specified in the individual orders (in the case of HEPA filters that will be delivered and replaced at the same time) issued by the contracting authority for the specified period well in advance, or in accordance with the delivery period specified in Annex No. 3 ZP, in proper quality and required quantity and in accordance with other conditions of this procurement procedure.
