- The subject of the order is the delivery of a 5-axis water jet stone cutting machine, its installation and training of the client's employees.
The machine must meet the following technical parameters:
1. High pressure pump drive: servo motor direct drive system
2. Required pump output pressure: min. 4500 bar
3. Cutting head: control in 5 axes
4. Cutting head tilting range: min /- 60 degrees
5. Cut location: digital camera system for desktop image, including software for positioning and displaying the cutting plan on the touch screen, on the desktop image
6. Tlou loading devicepikes of material
7. Min dimensions of the working surface: 2100 x 4000 mm
8. Required cutting path: min. 4000x2000mm
9. Required cutting path in 5 axes: min. 3650 x 1650 mm
All parts of the supplied machine must be new and must not have been subject to depreciation in the past. - Documents :
