- Selected supplier lends free of charge for the duration of the purchase contract for the recurring supply of goods, the instrument specified in these tender conditions for VFN and ensures its free service and regular maintenance.
- the quantity of the subject of the Public Procurement (VZ) in the individual items listed in the Annex to these Terms and Conditions - the species and the number of estimated numbers. The contracting entity is entitled to determine the specific quantity and the time of performance of individual components according to their immediate, respectively. Up-to-date needs with regard to patients without penalty or other sanction by the selected supplier.
