• Description:
• The subject of the public order is the ongoing supply of sterile and non-sterile conductive gels for
  ultrasound diagnostics for the General Faculty Hospital in Prague (hereinafter referred to as "VFN").
  The subject of performance of a public contract (hereinafter also referred to as "the Public Contract") is also defined by binding contract proposals, which are
  attachment No. 2 of the tenders of the terms and conditions (Appendix No. 2a for Part 1 of the General Terms and Conditions and Appendix No. 2b for Part 2 of the General Terms and Conditions), as an attachment
  No. 8 of the tender conditions itemized price list (Annex No. 8a for Part 1 of the RFP and Appendix No. 8b for Part 2 of the RFP)
  and Annex No. 9 of the tender conditions Technical parameters of the subject of performance (Annex No. 9a for part
  1 VZ and Annex No. 9b for part 2 of the VZ).
  The public contract is divided into parts:
  Part 1 VZ Non-sterile ultrasound gels
  Part 2 VZ Ultrasound gels sterile
  The supplier is entitled to submit an offer for one part, several parts or all parts of the public contract.
  Each part of the public contract will be assessed and evaluated separately.
  If unless otherwise specified, the tender conditions apply to all parts of the public contract.
  The amount of the subject of performance in individual items listed in the appendix No. 8 of the tender conditions
  Item price list (appendix no. 8a for part 1 of the VZ and appendix no. 8b for part 2 of the VZ) is an indicative quantity,
  respectively assumed. The contracting authority is entitled to determine the specific quantity and time of individual performance
  current needs with regard to the composition of patients,
