- The subject of the public contract is the supply of personal protective work equipment (hereinafter also referred to as "PPE") to a gastroenterprise at the contracting authority's headquarters.
A more detailed specification of the subject of the public contract is given in the draft contract, which forms Annex No. 1 of the ZD, and further in Annex No. 2 of the ZD - Price table, which containse illustrative depiction of PPE used by the contractor. This illustrative image is not binding for the supplier, however, the PPE offered should be as close as possible to the depicted goods, if they are indicated in the price table. PPE specification listed in Appendix No. 2 ZD - Price table, in poli "PPE specification, standard" is binding for the supplier!
With regard to the conditions of his catering business, the contracting authority points out that within the framework of the fulfillment of the subject of the public contract, after the conclusion of the contract and one issued order, the delivery of even just one piece (or pair) of goods may be required.
