Description: - The subject of performance is continuous supplies of the glatiramer-acetate active agent, in the composition and the estimated quantities set out in Annex 5 to these Terms and Conditions (ZP). In Appendix No. 5, the technical specifications of the subject of performance.
- The quantity of the performance listed in Annex 5 is the quantity of orientation. The contracting entity is entitled to determine the specific quantity and the time of performance of individual components according to their immediate, respectively. Update needs with regard to the composition of patients without penalization or other sanctions from the supplier.
- The public contract is not divided into parts.
- The subject of the public procurement is also defined by a binding proposal for a contract and an item price list which constitutes the annex to the tender conditions.
- The contracting entity will not pay suppliers the costs incurred in connection with the participation in the tender procedure.
