• •The subject of the performance of the public contract is the ongoing supply of medical protective equipment - mouthpieces for the General Faculty Hospital in Prague (hereinafter referred to as "VFN"). •The subject of public contract performance (hereinafter also referred to as "VZ") is also defined by binding contract proposals, which are Annex No. 2 of the Tender Conditions (Annex No. 2a for Part 1 of the Tender, Annex No. 2b for Part 2 of the Tender, Annex No. 2c for Part 3 of the Tender, Annex No. 2d for Part 4 of the Tender), Annex No. 8 of the Tender Conditions - Item Price List (Annex No. 8a for Part 1 of the Tender, Annex No. 8b for part 2 VZ, appendix No. 8c for part 3 VZ, appendix No. 8d for part 4 VZ) and appendix No. 9 of the tender conditions - Technical parameters of the subject of performance (Annex No. 9a for part 1 VZ, appendix No. 9b for part 2 VZ, appendix No. 9c subpart 3 VZ, appendix No. 9d subpart 4 VZ). •The public contract is divided into parts: Part 1 VZ - Three-layer mouthpieces with rubber band Part 2 VZ - Three-layer mouthpieces with ties Part 3 VZ - Surgical mouthpieces with anti-reflective strip Part 4 VZ - Surgical mouthpieces with protection against fogging of glasses •The supplier is authorized submit a bid for one part, several parts or all parts of the public contract. •Each part of the public contract will be assessed and evaluated separately. •Unless otherwise specified, the tender conditions apply to all parts of the public contract. •Item quantity performance in individual items listed in Annex No. 8 of the tender conditions - Item price list (Annex No. 8a for Part 1 of the Tender and Annex No. 8b for Part 2 of the Tender, Annex No. 8c for Part 3 of the Tender, Annex No. 8d for Part 4 of the Tender), j...
