(a) supplying intraocular lenses and cartridges according to the needs of the following assortment:
1st intraocular lenses Spherical hydrophobic monofocal yellow,
2nd intraocular lenses aspherical hydrophobic monofocal yellow - Preloaded and unprotected,
3rd intraocular lenses aspherical hydrophobic trifocal yellow,
4th intraocular lenses aspherical hydrophobic monofocal toric yellow,
5. Disposable Operating Packages (Cassettes): Home b) Detailed schedule of individual species of lenses and cartridges is given in Annex 1 ZD,
(c) the technical parameters of the individual species of lenses are given in the technical specification - Annex 2 ZD,
(d) free loan and installation of 2 ophthalmic devices according to the technical specifications - Annex 3 ZD,
(e) ensuring free service for borrowed instrumentation (see Borrowing Agreement - Annex No. 6 ZD),
