Description: The subject of the public contract is the supply of supplies, especially ink cartridges, labels, thermo tape for franking machines for individual workplaces of the Labor Office, whose precise specification is in Appendix 1 ZD (hereinafter referred to as "goods") In addition to specific types of sets of labels and ink cartridges, franking machines are also operated by its expected volume.
The selected supplier will be obliged to supply the goods specified in Appendix 1., wherein the contracting authority is required only by new and original goods produced by the manufacturer of the printing equipment for which the goods are intended or the goods approved by this manufacturer.
Details are set out in the binding draft Framework Agreement, which forms Annex 4 ZD.
