Supply of electrodes and welding wires

Contract description: The subject of the contract is the supply of electrodes and welding wires for the contracting authority, including transport to the place of performance. The actual quantity taken will always depend exclusively on the operational needs of the contracting authority. Supplied electrodes and welding wires must meet the CSN, resp. international or manufacturer's standards or equivalent solutions. The Contracting Authority enters into a Framework Agreement (Agreement), which regulates the framework conditions concerning the supply of electrodes and welding wires, for the period of validity of the Agreement. Individual performances of deliveries will be performed on the basis of concluded execution purchase contracts. Implementers of the purchase contract will be concluded on the basis of written requests (orders) of the contracting authority. More detailed specifications of performance are given in Annex No. 1 ZD - Required performance, including model calculation.
