- The subject of the performance of the public contract is the supply of goods, i.e. drugstore and cleaning products based on the concluded framework agreement according to the specification and at unit prices according to Appendix No. 3 of the ZP "offer price table" and at the same time the possibility of supplying other goods according to the current needs of the buyer from the seller's catalogwith a general discount from the seller's list prices listed in the seller's current catalog or on his website.
Detailed specification of the individual items of the subject of performance, including their detailed specification, is given in Appendix No. 3 ZP - table of the offer price.
The minimum value isof the urgent purchase of goods made on the basis of one order with shipment to a certain delivery point is set at CZK 2,000 without VAT - see Article II. paragraph 5 of the framework agreement.
The contracting authority further requires that participants be able to create samosas within four weeks of signing the framework agreement with the selected suppliercurrent closed e-shop containing all the required items defined in Appendix No. 3 of the ZP "bid price table" so that it is accessible to all spin-off plants. A detailed description of the functioning and settings of this e-shop is given in Appendix No. 5 ZP - description of the e-shop.
