- This is a procurement procedure for the introduction of a dynamic purchasing system (hereinafter referred to as "DNS"), in which the contracting authority proceeds in accordance with Sections 138 to 140 of the ZZVZ. The subject of the fulfillment of public contracts awarded in DNS will be the supply of diagnostics, consumables, instrumentation and other consumablesof medical equipment falling under the CPV codes listed in Article 5 of the Tender Documentation (hereinafter referred to as "ZD"), or under the CPV codes subordinate to them, for the purposes and needs of the contracting authority, or for the purposes and needs of the medical laboratory and blood center operated by him. Delivery / procurement of technical equipmenty can be requested by the contracting authority in the form of purchase, free loan or rent. The fulfillment of public contracts may also include the provision of warranty and post-warranty service services for the delivered instrumentation. This will be the supply of medical devices in the sense of Act No. 375/2022 Coll., on medicaldevices and in vitro diagnostic medical devices, as amended (hereinafter also referred to as "PPE") and EU Regulation 2017/746 as amended. The quality and design of the delivered goods must comply with applicable regulations, standards and the purpose for which they are used. More information is given in ZD.
