- The subject of the public contract is the provision of ongoing supplies of diagnostic reagents, including consumables for relevant examinations, which are specified in more detail for each part of the public contract in separate Annex No. 2 (Annex No. 2a-g), and at the same time contains the expected amount of examinations/reported results, according to the methods and partial orders of the contracting authority.
Part of the subject of the performance of the public order is also the borrowing of the relevant technology for the performance of individual examinations, which includes delivery, installation in the laboratory area, commissioning incl. ensuring connection to laboratory information system, el. network, possibly waste or distilled water generator with sufficient capacity, if the analyzer requires it, training of workers and service of the analyzer, incl. supply of required accessories and fulfillment of conditions according to applicable regulations.
