Description:
•The subject of the public contract is the continuous supply of consumables for measuring coagulation (hereinafter referred to as "goods") for the General Faculty Hospital in Prague (hereinafter referred to as "VFN").
•During the duration of the purchase contract for the recurring performance of goods deliveries, the selected supplier will leave the customer free of charge to temporary use of 4 pieces of microcoagulation device (hereinafter referred to as the "subject of loan") and will provide its free service and regular maintenance at its own expense.
•The subject of the performance of the public contract (hereafter also referred to as "VZ") is also defined by the binding draft contracts, which are Annex No. 2 of the tender conditions (Annex No. 2a Draft purchase contract, and Annex No. 2b Draft loan agreement.), Annex No. 8 of the tender conditions Item price list, and Annex No. 9 of the tender conditions Technical parameters of the subject of performance (Annex No. 9a Technical parameters of the goods, and Annex No. 9b Technical parameters of the subject loans.).
