Description:
• The subject of the public contract is the continuous supply of consumables for high-voltage mechanical extraction of venous thrombi from the lung with retrue return of blood and for the extraction of thrombi from a deep venous system for the General University Hospital in Prague (hereinafter referred to as "VFN").
• Subject of filling Public contracts (hereinafter referred to as "vz") are also defined by binding proposals for contracts, which are Annex 2 of the Terms of Association (Annex 2a for Part 1 VZ and Annex 2b for Part 2) 9 of the tender conditions - technical parameters of the subject of performance (Annex No. 9a for Part 1 VZ and Annex 9b for Part 2 vz.).
• Public contract is divided into part:
Part 1 VZ-Delivery of consumables for high-mobic mechanical extraction of venous thrombi from pulmonary with blood return
Part 2 VZ - supplies of consumables for extraction of thrombi from a deep venous system
The supplier is entitled to submit an offer to one part, several parts or all parts of the public contract.
• Each part of the public contract will be assessed and evaluated separately.
• Unless otherwise stated otherwise, the tendering applies Conditions for all parts of the public contract.
