• Description:
• The subject of the VZ is the supply of computing technology for contribution organizations of the Olomouc region (hereinafter also "goods") under the regime of so-called substitute performance, in the sense of § 81 paragraph 2 letter b) and § 67 of Act No. 435/2004 Coll., on employment, as amended. Party must be listed in the list of substitute performance suppliers managed by the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs. Only those interested parties who have submitted a request for participation in accordance with the contracting authority's requirements stated in the procurement conditions may participate in this public contract DNS and were included in category 1 of this DNS. Suppliers who have not been included in Category 1 DNS cannot participate in this public procurement and submit a bid. These suppliers are, however, entitled to submit a request for participation pursuant to § 140 of the Act to ask the contracting authority for inclusion in the DNS at any time for the entire duration of the DNS, in accordance with the Tender documentation published on the contracting authority's profile at: https://tenderarena.cz/dodavetel/zakazka/572523.
