- The subject of this public contract, which is a concession for services, is the selection of a catering supplier, especially for the client's employees, who will also be the operator of the food dispensary, Envibistra and catering in the MŽP headquarters building. Based on the result of the procurement procedure, a lease will be concluded with the selected supplierthe contract, which regulates the conditions, rights and obligations for the use of all relevant spaces in the client's building. The conditions for the provision of catering services and the operation of the premises of the food service, Envibistra and catering in the MoE building will then be governed by the contract for the provision of services, which is also the result ofm of the procurement procedure for a public order. The contracting authority expects to conclude the lease agreement and the contract for the provision of services in the first half of March 2023. The contracts will be concluded for a period of 4 years.
