- Supplier of meals for employees and operator of a food outlet, envibistro and catering in the building of the Ministry of the Environment
Description of the order: The subject of this public order, which is a concession for services, is the selection of a supplier of meals, especially for the employees of the contracting authority, who will simultaneously operatemanager of the jidel dispensary, Envibistra and catering in the MŽP headquarters building. Based on the result of the procurement process, a lease agreement will be concluded with the selected supplier, which regulates the conditions, rights and obligations for the use of all relevant spaces in the contractor's building. Conditions for the provision of catering servicesand the operation of the premises of the food dispenser, Envibistra and catering in the MŽP building will then be regulated by the contract on the provision of services, which is also the result of the procurement process for a public contract. The contracting authority anticipates the conclusion of the rental agreement and the contract for the provision of services in the first half of March 2023.you will be concluded for a period of 4 years.
