Description:
The subject of the public order is construction work, i.e. the construction of a parking lot, access roads, sidewalks, footpaths, garbage stands and accompanying greenery in the forecourt of the swimming pool in Lipov. This is II. Stage of the construction "Revitalization of the public forecourt swimming pool of the village of Lipov" and follows on from the first stage of the construction, which was completed in 2025 and dealt with the relaxation zone of the vestibule (pumice track, workout parkour field, game elements, pedestrian paths, furniture, accompanying greenery). The subject of the second stage of the construction are the following buildings: - SO 101 - Communication and parking - SO 102 - Pedestrian paths II. stage - SO 701 - Garbage stand "A" - SO 702 - Garbage stand "B" - SO 801 - Greenery - trees, bushes, plants II. stage - SO 802 - Green lawn, II. stage - SO VRN - Incidental and other costs Subject of CPV: Construction work Construction of secondary roads Sidewalks and other paved surfaces Planting and maintenance services of green areas
