- The subject of this public contract is the provision of services associated with supervision and management system HCL Notes/Domino, HCl Vametime, HCL Notes Traveler and HCl Leap. This activity includes: a) supervision and administration of 35 HCl Domino servers; (b) supervision and management of HCL Velvetime server and clients; (c) supervision and management of HCL Notes Traveler Server and Mobile Clients; (d) management of 800+ HCL Notes clients (bug solution, interaction in installations and upgrades); e) supervision and administration of HCL Leap servers; f) analysis and creation of new applications in HCL Notes/Domino; g) cooperation with other suppliers in the development of new applications, modifications and repairs; h) development of own applications and agents in HCL Notes/Domino; i) Creating views in databases in HCL Notes/Domino; (j) Managing codebooks in HCL Notes/Domino; k) Administration of access rights and roles in HCL Notes/Domino; l) imports and exports of data and their management; m) users' training; (n) support for end users in a given area (800+), ie processing defined requirements from the internal HELPDESK system, including the related necessary administration with the requirement and communication with the end user; o) Removal of emergency states of the above system ...
