The contracting authority commits this under -threshold public contract for building work In connection with the performance of relevant activities within the meaning of § 153 para. f) of Act No. 134/2016 Coll., on Public Procurement, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "ZZVZ"). In accordance with Section 151 (1) of the Public Procurement Act, this contract shall be deemed to be a sectoral public contract. The contracting authority therefore does not enter this public contract in the tendering procedure according to the ZZVZ.
