Description: The subject of the public contract is to develop project documentation for joint permits divided into individual building buildings, subsequent processing of documentation for the implementation of construction and author supervision in the implementation of individual construction buildings, based on the "Suburban Forest Hodonín", which is an approved conceptual basis of the city . The revitalization of the original economic forest will create a suburban forest forming an environment for forms of passive and active rest with a compatibility of recreation and nature conservation. At the same time, the forest territory will form the interconnection of urban greenery with the National Natural Monument Hodonínská Dúbrava. The area concerned of the suburban forest of about 64 ha will be divided into building buildings that are interconnected. A detailed description and scope of the subject of the public contract is specified in Annex 1 ZD (subject documentation vz).
