The subject of this public order is the acquisition of the Adobe subscription product. Detailed specification of the subject of payment is given in the application. 1 - technical specifications. Expected start of payment: 08/01/2026 Expected end of payment: 07/01/2027 Contact person of the contracting authority: Mgr. Romana Kostkov, email: romana.kostkova@czso.cz Adobe's VIP ID will be communicated by the NEN media on Evaluated order: The only criterion will be the price of the offer. The evaluation method will be minimized and automatic. The price is quoted without VAT. Qualified requirements: Qualified for the fulfillment of public contracts is a supplier who: a) meets the basic qualifications according to the provisions of 74 of the Act, b) meets the professional qualifications according to the provisions of 77 of the Act. Competence can be determined through an examination. c) is an authorized partner of the owner of the copyright and related rights to the requested software. A copy of the written confirmation of the authorized partnership (e.g. a certificate) can be provided. The contracting authority reserves the right to terminate the contract without any reason.
